- My name is Heidi and I love taking pictures. It all started when my godfather let me test out his new Nikon D70. I had been using a Sony digital camera and was missing most of the pictures I wanted to take of my kids because of the shutter lag. So I jumped into the world of DSLRs. I bought a D70 and a year later upgraded to aD80 which is what I use now (although I am secretly trying to find ways to afford the D300 or even the D700...what can I sell???). My kids are my favorite subject and I have a bunch of adorable nieces and nephews to photograph. Please check back often and LEAVE A COMMENT! The comments are what keep me going!
