Pumpkin Muffins...

It is the last day of Christmas vacation...a very sad day for both my kids and me (I'm a teacher). Don't get me wrong, I love what I do, but going back after 2 weeks home with my kids is going to be hard. So, in order to make it a special, final, lazy morning together, we made pumpkin muffins...my kids' favorite. My daughter loves to stir (and lick) the batter...(Oh, and thanks for all the well wishes for my hubby...we head back to the doctor tomorrow. It still looks pretty nasty. Hopefully he'll feel better soon :) )

About Me

My photo
My name is Heidi and I love taking pictures. It all started when my godfather let me test out his new Nikon D70. I had been using a Sony digital camera and was missing most of the pictures I wanted to take of my kids because of the shutter lag. So I jumped into the world of DSLRs. I bought a D70 and a year later upgraded to aD80 which is what I use now (although I am secretly trying to find ways to afford the D300 or even the D700...what can I sell???). My kids are my favorite subject and I have a bunch of adorable nieces and nephews to photograph. Please check back often and LEAVE A COMMENT! The comments are what keep me going! Thanks and Happy New Year!
